Stein Skaane brings a depth of experience in launching and scaling ventures across fintech and healthcare, always with a focus on creating businesses that serve people in meaningful ways. He co-founded RedCap Labs to reimagine prescription packaging, making it easier for patients to stay on track with their health, and was part of the founding team at Cognition Financial, guiding it from inception to IPO. Originally from Norway, Stein studied at the University of Wyoming, earned the CFA designation, competed as a national alpine ski team member, and served in Norway’s special forces mountain division.
